THE SINO-SOVIET CONFLICT AND THE WEST

Abstract

The author concludes that the falling out of our two major antagonists does not remove any of the intractable problems with which we are faced, and in some respects, complicates them. He asserts also that the Sino- Soviet dispute may be advantageous to the West only in the long run when the corrosive acids of nationalism might ultimately split the Bloc assunder.
