Abstract

The Transducer Information Center was established in limited form as a pilot type operation at Battelle Memorial Institute on April 15, 1963. It is part of a research program to determine the requirements for establishing a comprehensive and well-rounded source of information and data to serve designers of control and telemetry systems. The accession list covers the following areas: Acceleration, acoustics, attitude, bio-medical, displacement, flow, humidity, level, magnetic field, motion, position, pressure, shock, strain, strain gage, temperature, thickness, velocity, and vibration.
