ORNITHOSIS OUTBREAK AT A FOWL PLANT IN KREMENETS
Abstract
Conclusions: (1) When there is suspicion of ornithosis, it is necessary to consider epidemiological (contact with infected birds) and clinical data, and to make extensive use of laboratory methods of diagnosis. (2) The data presented from the laboratory investigation testifies that ornithosis is encountered considerably more often than it is diagnosed.
