Abstract
The report is the final engineering report of a production engineering measure for the improvement of production techniques to increase the reliability of a silicon Field-Effect Transistor line. Under this contract, work was performed in specific areas resulting in improved processing techniques. Process operation instructions are included in Volume I. Program conclusions based upon the work performed are also provided in Volume I together with a narrative discussing all aspects of the program.
