CU REPRECIPITATION AND ELECTROLUMINESCENCE IN ZNS SINGLE CRYSTALS,

Abstract

The occurrence of a large aging effect in Cu-doped electroluminescent ZnS single crystals is demonstrated. It is suggested that the ac electroluminescent behavior of this material is influenced by reprecipitation of the Cu-rich phase within the host matrix. (Author)
