INTERNAL PRESSURE OF CRYSTALLINE POLYMERS,

Abstract

Internal pressure values were determined for crystalline polyethylene, polyoxymethylene, polytetramethylene oxides, dotriacontane, and eicosane. In general, the internal pressure of the crystalline solids were found to be greater than that of the corresponding melts.
