Abstract

The survey was undertaken to provide a factual basis for improving the Relationship through an improved understanding of the Relationship's unique character and the problems of the government and the aerospace industry. In the survey, the project team has considered the reasons for the existence of the Relationship and external constraints placed upon it; the parties involved, their internal working relationships, and their impact on each other; and the Relationship's accomplishments. The detailed analyses, methodology, supporting data, and research results are presented.
