Methodology of Preference Measurement. Prediction of Consumer Choice
Abstract
The paper reports an application of a statistical test and multivariate model to the preferences of certain groups of respondents to the Quartermaster Food Preference Survey 006. Preferences for fourteen selected menu items were studied.
