RELIABILITY OF PRINTED WIRING CORDWOOD MODULES,

Abstract

It was concluded from the test results that the use of military standard components in encapsulated printed wiring cordwood modules using the construction techniques described in the paper can result in component reliability levels equal to or greater than the levels reported for similar components in a free-air environment.
