PHYTOPLANKTON DATA FROM THE CHUKCHI SEA, 1959-1962.

Abstract

The report contains tabulations of the measurements of phytoplankton standing crops by plant pigment analysis, and measurements of primary productivity carried out on five cruises to the Chukchi Sea, together with corresponding measurements of temperature, salinity and incident solar radiation. Over-all aspects of the distribution and abundance of phytoplankton in the Chukchi Sea are discussed. (Author)
