MICROMINIATURE CRYSTAL UNITS CR-(XM-47)/U.

Abstract

The redesigned header has been produced successfully. A weld schedule appropriate to all of the known available triode-gun electron beam welders has been devised. Laser welding has been shown to be a practical technique of closure for these envelopes, but no installation of equipment fixtured suitable for crystal work has been assembled. (Author)
