IDENTIFICATION OF HYDRIC COMPOUNDS BY COLOR REACTIONS.
Abstract
The color reactions of a wide range of alcohols, glycols and glycol-ethers with color forming reagents in the presence of sulfuric acid have been studied. Analytical applications and limitations are discussed. (Author)
