WESTERN WOOD DENSITY SURVEY.

Abstract

Mean specific gravities by Forest Survey Units are presented for 9 species of the 23 sampled by the Western Wood Density Survey. Environmental relationships and strength-property relationships with specific gravity are discussed. (Author)
