STUDYING ALBUMIN FRACTIONS OF THE BLOOD BY THE ELECTROPHORESIS METHOD OF CHRONIC MOUTH DISEASES,

Abstract

Conclusions: The examined patients showed an increase in globulin content and reduction in albumina. This displacement becomes more pronounced in dependence upon the duration of the illness and upon the rise in histamine level in blood serum. In all patients at the mentioned illnesses considerably increased the and in part of the patients alpha-and beta globulines. Repeated examination of patients after therapy showed that the state of albumina fractions improved, histamine level decreased, general condition improved. This allows to continue with the perfection of basic therapy of the named illnesses. (Author)
