STRENGTH OF REINFORCED PLASTICS UNDERGOING RAPID HEATING.

Abstract

Dielectric heating and infrared pyrometry were combined to make possible a method for determining the strength of nonmetallic materials undergoing rapid heating. Test results are presented for 41-RPD phenolicasbestos plastic laminate with and without postcuring. (Author)
