RESEARCH DIRECTED TOWARD AN INVESTIGATION OF THE CHEMICAL KINETICS OF ATMOSPHERE DEIONIZATION.

Abstract

The chemical kinetics of the deionization of a highly ionized atmosphere was considered. Reaction rate constants are suggested for each of the many reactions considered. These suggested values are believed to be the best presently available but it is realized that lack of available data introduces much uncertainty in the values. (Author)
