PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE (PEM) FOR SILICON MIXER DIODE.
Abstract
The First Engineering Test Sample Run has been completed and the devices processed through the screening and Group A testing cycle. Sample units have been started through the Group B environmental testing. A new package design has been evolved for improved hermeticity; this consists of a beryllium oxide body with brazed metal end pieces. Piece parts to the new design have been ordered for the Second Engineering Test Sample Run. (Author)
