METHOD OF STRENGTHENING WELD JOINTS OF MARTENSITIC STEEL SHEETS,

Abstract

The object of the invention is a method of strengthening weld joints of martensitic sheet steel by rolling the seam and applying to it a zone of base metal. In order to increase the strength, the rolling is performed during the weld process when the metal in the roll zone is in the temperature interval of austenite stability. (Author)
