SYSTEM TRAINING AND RESEARCH IN TEAM BEHAVIOR.
Abstract
Characteristics of computerized command-control systems are considered to identify common training objectives. Several system training problems are identified. The importance of training a team to respond adequately to indeterminate situations is proposed as a primary training objective. Team training research literature is reviewed and a research program is outlined. (Author)
