ANALYSIS OF NAVY ENLISTED PERSONNEL RETENTION VARIABLES.

Abstract

The report presents the results of a partial analysis of the responses of a Navy-wide questionnaire survey of over 5,000 enlisted personnel. Fifty-nine out of 85 items in the questionnaires were found to be significantly related to retention. Bar charts are presented showing the precentage of reenlistment of personnel who selected the various alternative answers in each of these 59 items. (Author)
