ELECTRONIC OUTPUT RELAY,

Abstract

An electronic output relay which contains semiconductor switches and a bridge circuit on the output is described. Two high-frequency generators with double negative feedback are used to assure stability and two semiconductor triodes (transistors) are used to control the working of these generators. Transistors are also used to control inputs of semiconductor switches connected with the output windings of the generators.
