ELECTRONIC COMMUTATOR,

Abstract

An alternating current electronic commutator is described. The commutator consists of a binary trigger counter, transformers, and diodes. The commutator is distinguished from the known ones by the fact that for the commutation of alternating current from the trigger in it the input windings of two transformers of the following discharge are connected up to the output winding of the transformer of the preceding discharge through diodes connected into both arms of each of the windings of the transformers of the following discharge. To the winding of the first of the transformers of the following discharge the diodes are connected by their anodes, and to the winding of the second by the cathodes.
