SEMIPERMANENT MEMORAGE-STORAGE DEVICE OF THE TRANSFORMER TYPE,

Abstract

A semiconductor memory (storage) device is described, of the transformer type which contains a matrix of mutually perpendicular input and output bus-bars connected by magnetic circuits which has the distinguishing feature that for the purpose of simplifying and reducing the cost of making the device, and also for the convenience in changing the information, the indicated magnetic circuits are made up in the form of easily removable closed clamps made of soft magnetic material.
