CONSTANTS THAT AREN'T CONSTANT, AND THEIR EFFECTS ON SIMPLE ORBIT CALCULATIONS,

Abstract

The discussion is intended to illustrate some of the difficulties the ordinary researcher is apt to encounter as a result of imprecise knowledge of astronomical and laboratory units of measurement. Variations in gravitational constants of the earth and of the diameter of the earth are given. The author concludes: Beware of constants; chances are they aren't.
