Abstract
General ideas about the seasonal and daily variations of the concentration, intensity, and other characteristics of echoes are formulated on the basis of various radar methods of investigating reflecting objects and information is acquired on the movement, structure, and form of the echo sources. These are used to construct a physical model of the observed phenomena. (Author)
