INTRODUCTION OF MICROIMPURITIES INTO SINGLE CRYSTALS OF CDS DURING THEIR GROWTH AND SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ALLOYED SAMPLES (VVEDENNIA MIKRODOMISHOK V MONOKRYSTALY CDS V PROTSESI IKH ROSTU TA DEIAKI KHARAKTERYSTYKY LEGOVANYKH ZRAZKIV).

Abstract

The object of the work was to develop a method of alloying single crystals of CdS during their growth and to study the effect of microimpurities on certain physical properties of the alloyed semiconductors.
