WAVE PROPAGATION IN INHOMOGENEOUS ISOTROPIC HOT PLASMAS,

Abstract

The three dimensional wave equations for waves propagating in inhomogeneous, isotropic, hot compressible plasmas are derived from the macroscopic, linearized electro-magneto-plasma-gas-dynamics equations. Particular cases are discussed and compared with previous results. (Author)
