PROTEIN LABELLING WITH RADIOIODINE BY ELECTROCHEMICAL WAY. NOTE I: IODINATION OF TYROSINE,

Abstract

An electrolytic technique is described which permits the iodination of tyrosine in highly diluted KI solutions and almost in the conditions naturally occurring in the human plasma. The method seems promising for labelling some serium proteins with controlled amounts of I131.
