COHERENCE AND BEAM DIRECTIVITY OF AN OPTICAL RUBY OSCILLATOR.

Abstract

The relationship between coherence and beam directivity of a ruby laser is studied. It is shown that radiation pulses during emission occur simultaneously over the entire radiating area of the crystal.
