PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE. TYPE 2N2762 SILICON ALLOY TRANSISTOR.

Abstract

All process improvements are noted as completed and incorporated in the contract device. The status and yield data are presented for the production run. Additional data are presented for the step stress program for the reliability test program. A modification, to provide more accurate control of starting material, is described for the evaluation of silicon wafers. (Author)
