CLUTCH FOR TRANSMITTING ROTARY MOTION INTO AN AIR-TIGHT HOUSING,

Abstract

A clutch is described for the transmission of rotary motion into a hermetically sealed cavity, which contains a diaphragm, a driving and a driven half clutch, which has the distinguishing feature that for the purpose of assuring the transmission of rotary motion into a cavity of superhigh pressure a blank wall is designed in the form of a thin-walled tube consisting of concentric sections of thin-walled tubes with varying optimum differences of pressure.
