STUDIES OF INTERMEDIATE FREQUENCY SOLID STATE LIMITERS DESIGNED FOR MINIMIZATION OF PHASE CHANGES,

Abstract

Three approaches are investigated to the design of a solid state 30MC limiter exhibiting negligible phase change (less than ten degrees) as input signal level is varied from small signal region to maximum input. Series diodes, shunt diodes, and transistors are studied as limiters.
