AN EVALUATION OF THE 'NEURON' DEVICE,

Abstract

The 'Neuron' is a semiconductor device designed and manufactured by Crystalonics, Inc., of Cambridge, Massachusetts, to perform a multiple of boolean logic functions. The proposed boolean logic capabilities of the 'Neuron' device in its present state of development are investigated for application in typical digital systems.
