ON THE PROPERTIES OF LANDAU CURVES,

Abstract

A derivation of several properties of Landau curves is carried out with the methods of algebraic geometry. In particular formulas have been established for the Plucker characteristics of large classes of Landau curves. A determinantal formalism by Cayley has been shown to be particularly useful in connection with the present theory. (Author)
