Abstract

Histochemistry of a brown lipofuscin pigment in lymphonodes of normally slaughtered young beef cattles is reported. The authors suggest that these brown pigment is not a 'waste pigment', but it is due to feeding for a long time (6-8 months) with field beans (Vicia faba). (Author)
