SPECTRA OF IRREGULARITIES OF A PROCESSED SURFACE, AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE LIFE OF TURBINE BLADES OF GAS-TURBINE ENGINES,

Abstract

An examination is made of the effect of irregularities in the profile of processed surfaces on the life of blades; taking into account the effect of residual stresses, and the degree and depth of propagation of work hardening. The influence of certain technological factors on surface profile irregularities is explained.
