MEDICAL ASPECTS OF FLYING MOTIVATION: A FEAR-OF-FLYING CASE BOOK

Abstract

The purpose of the book is to give the flight surgeon a working knowledge of the many facets of aviation medicine in which flying motivation plays a part. Over fifty full case reports are presented to supplement the flight surgeon's own experience. The proper handling of cases from the standpoint of Air Force regulations and medical indications is discussed; and a system for categorizing patients is offered.
