Abstract

The report is the second of a series of guidance documents on the design and development of integrated school and OJT programs for first-term enlisted personnel in electronics maintenance positions. The document is concerned with the problem of: How analyzing performance requirements in order to define training content. The body of this paper is divided into two main parts: The first part consists of a statement of assumptions, concepts, and principles relating to the analysis of performance requirements; the second describes procedures for applying the conceptual framework with illustrative materials drawn from MOS 294 (Field Carrier Equipment Repairman).
