BIBLIOGRAPHY ON PHYSICAL OCEANOGRAPHY OF THE INDIAN OCEAN.
Abstract
The scope of this bibliography is limited to the different aspects of physical oceanography, viz.: temperature, density, salinity, chemical composition, waves, currents, circulation, methods of measurements, instruments, etc. Papers on bottom topography, geology and biology have been excluded. Material on the weather and climate of the Indian Ocean, of its islands and of the Indian Subcontinent has been reserved for future bibliographies.
