SOME THOUGHTS ON RANGE PLANNING AND OPERATION,
Abstract
The paper discusses various facets of range planning and operations. Some mathematical formulations of certain aspects of these areas were made. With the ever increasing scope of our nation's space and missile program, ever greater responsibility falls upon the ranges for support. In order to fulfill their missions as best as possible, utilization of quantitative methods will become a self-evident necessity. (Author)
