MICROELECTRONIC POWER SUPPLIES.

Abstract

The objectives of the program represent an attempt by a govermental agency to develop standard power supplies electrically and mechanically compatible with state-of-the-art microelectronic systems, with particular emphasis on reliability improvement, weight reduction, and maximum possible use of microelectronic devices. The developmental model power supplies as finally submitted to the Navy demonstrated performance characteristics well within the final acceptance criteria. (Author)
