OPERATION OF TWO OBSERVATORIES

Abstract

This report describes the operation of the Blue Mountains Seismological Observatory and Unita Basin Seismological Observatory between the period of 1 May through 31 July 1965. Modifications and additions to the observatory instrumentation are described and tests to improve the operation of the observatories are reported. Also discussed in this report is the progress of special investigations designed to evaluate and improve the detection capacity of the observatories.
