Value Responsibility of the Designer

Abstract

The report gives a realistic background picture of ammunition design. This picture -- while positive in respect to achieving further value -- also indicates many of the limitations and pitfalls which personnel must face if successful work is to be accomplished. This presentation was given to the Value Engineering Seminar at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant at Burlington, Iowa on 28 October 1965.
