A PIEZOELECTRIC RESONATOR WITH A HEATING ELEMENT,

Abstract

The subject of the invention is a piezoelectric resonator with a heating element deposited directly on the surface of the piezoelectric resonator. To uniformly heat the whole surface of the resonator, piezoelectric resonator electrodes made in the form of a ribbon spiral and divided by insulating grooves are used as a heating element. (Author)
