PHYSICS DEPARTMENT PROGRESS REPORT.

Abstract

Research was conducted on the ratio of the ratios of nuclear radii in iodine; spin relaxation in diluted ferric alum; studies on potassium ferricyanide, with the intention to investigate the spin relaxation time in a low-spin ferric ion; and the Mossbauer effect in platinum. The Mossbauer spectrometer was converted to operate in the time made.
