ELECTROSTATIC FOCUSING OF HOLLOW SPIRALING ELECTRON BEAMS.
Abstract
A third experimental model (SBT-3) for a spiral beam trajectory was designed and constructed. The model showed about 75% beam transmission. A MAD computer program for electron trajectories in cylindrical coordinates (including space charge) is appended.
