RESEARCH ON ADVANCED GASDYNAMIC FACILITIES.

Abstract

The report describes studies on methods of increasing the performance of conventional shock tubes and tunnels, and on problems peculiar to high enthalpy test facilities. A number of the studies carried out have previously been described in detail in separate reports or papers and are only summarized herein; those previously unreported are described in detail.
