AN ANALYSIS OF DYNAMIC POWER SPECTRA.
Abstract
A digital computer program has been developed for computing and displaying dynamic or running power density spectra, with the results being presented as contour plots having lines of constant spectral density on time-frequency planes. The program is discussed in detail, and samples of the output are included. (Author)
