Abstract

This is an informative annex to the final report AFOSR-65-1938, pt. 1. A review of the development of the study of metal solutions is presented. Particular emphasis is placed on the various models proposed to describe the physical properties of these solutions. Electron spin resonance and optical absorption measurements are reviewed in detail. (Author)
