HIGH POWER BROADBAND MULTI-THROW DIODE SWITCHES.
Abstract
This report contains results obtained during the second quarterly period of this contract. Sections are devoted to discussion of the theoretical study of the diode switch. The first section is a discussion of the transfer characteristics of a two diode switch. A second section is a discussion of compensated tee mode single pole double throw switch circuit. Also included is a design for a five stub broadband design which is a result of the theoretical study. (Author)
